2. 15 years old ration card. 
3. 15 years old Voter Id card. 
4. Passport Size Photo 2.
5. Pan Card.
6. Domicile (Haryana Residence Certificate)
7. Family Id Card.
8. Passbook photo of bank copy.


Note:- Old age pension is made only after completion of 60 years.

Note:-For widow pension, death certificate of husband must be there.

4. Children's birth certificate or school letter pad record.
5. Mother's Aadhar card.
6.Haryana Residence Certificate.
7. Death certificate.
8. Document certified by MLA/etc.
 9. Passport Passport Photo 2
10. Mother's Voter identity card.
11. Mother's ration card.

Note:- Children's pension comes only till they turn 18 years of age.
